Delivery times may vary. Rye Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any coffee products (including beans, grounds, or pods).

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged shipment, or something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for the following:

Wrong item sent
Damaged or defective packaging
Order not delivered (verified with tracking)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

To process a refund or replacement, we may request:

Coffee Subscription Service Rules

1. Subscription Plans

Each plan outlines the amount of coffee delivered, pricing, and frequency.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are automatically charged to the customer’s chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Failed payments may pause or cancel the subscription until updated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Coffee is shipped according to the subscription frequency.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside the company’s control.

4. Modifications

Customers may update their subscription (change plan, pause, or skip a shipment) by logging into their account before the next billing date.
Changes after billing will apply to the next cycle.

5. Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled anytime through the customer’s online account.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before the billing date.
No refunds are provided for orders already processed/shipped.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because coffee is a perishable product, returns are generally not accepted.
